Belum-Temengor: Some Stones & Rocks

This rock, near the Kuala Kejar Camp...will emerge when the water level is low

Some Stones & Rocks In Royal Belum & Temenggor.  This stone, the natives called "Batu Belalai" or  Trunk (refers to elephant's trunk) Stone.  It imerge from the middle of the tree or the tree grown on it. Trek the Tiang Trail to see this stone, the rafflesia, the Kuak Salt Lick etc.

These limestone is your Gateway to the "Cermin Cave" in Temenggor.  Be carefull...do not step on these stones.......some are loose..may roll down the slope...for your safety, just follow the guide.
Opposite the Cermin Cave are the limestone Island with the ancient cycad, the beehives and the Elephants' Salt Lick@Playground.  On your way back to Banding Jetty, the Temenggor Dam is on your left.
